The Conestoga Parent Teacher Organization (CPTO), formally known as the Conestoga Community Organization, was established to strengthen the partnership between students, families, staff, and the broader Conestoga community. Its mission is to support education, foster communication and understanding, enhance school spirit, and provide resources that enrich the middle school experience.
For years, CPTO has brought together parents, caregivers, teachers, staff, and community members to support Conestoga Middle School through volunteerism, fundraising, and community-building activities. The organization works to provide programs, events, and resources that go beyond the school's regular budget while helping create a welcoming and connected school environment.
Through the dedication of countless volunteers, CPTO has supported student activities, teacher appreciation efforts, school improvement projects, community events, and educational opportunities that help make Conestoga a vibrant place to learn and grow.
Today, CPTO continues its commitment to:
Promoting communication and collaboration among students, families, staff, administration, and the community.
Supporting educational opportunities and extracurricular activities.
Enhancing school spirit and student engagement.
Raising funds for projects and programs beyond the regular school budget.
Building a strong and supportive Conestoga community.

WHO WE ARE
The Conestoga Parent Teacher Organization (CPTO) is led by a dedicated team of parent volunteers who serve as officers and work together to support our school community. Our Executive Board consists of the President, Vice President,, Treasurer, Secretary, and Volunteer Coordinator. These volunteers help guide the organization's activities, manage finances, coordinate events and fundraising efforts, recruit volunteers, and strengthen communication between families and the school.
The President provides leadership for the CPTO, serves as the primary liaison with school administration, and guides the organization's goals, initiatives, and overall direction.
The Vice President supports the President, oversees committee activities, and helps ensure CPTO events and programs run smoothly throughout the year.
The Vice President of Fundraising leads fundraising efforts, coordinates fundraising events and partnerships, and helps secure the resources needed to support students, staff, and school programs.
The Secretary records meeting minutes, maintains organizational records, and supports communication efforts across the CPTO.
The Treasurer manages the CPTO's finances, prepares budgets and financial reports, and ensures responsible stewardship of funds.
The Volunteer Coordinator recruits and coordinates volunteers, supports committee needs, and helps families get involved in school and CPTO activities.

I'm a proud mom of two boys, so you'll usually find me on the soccer sidelines cheering them on or traveling with my family to new adventures. Professionally, I'm an Executive Assistant and the owner of Blu Photo Booth, a local small business I love growing. I'm passionate about building community, creating meaningful experiences, and bringing people together, which is what inspired me to get involved with the Conestoga CPTO. I'm excited to work alongside our amazing volunteers, staff, and families to help make this a fantastic year for our students.

Hi! I’m Patricia Kirk, our CPTO Secretary, local Realtor, serial multitasker, and proud mom of two. I’m a cheer coach, serve on a few boards throughout the Mountainside community, and love finding ways to get involved and bring people together. When I’m not doing one of those things, I’m probably hosting a get-together, chauffeuring kids to practices, or spending time with my family.
