The Conestoga Parent Teacher Organization thrives because of the support and involvement of our school community. Whether you are a parent, guardian, grandparent, family member, or community supporter, we invite you to get involved and make a difference for our students.

There are many ways to volunteer throughout the year, from helping at school events and staff appreciation activities to supporting fundraising efforts and student programs. Every contribution—big or small—helps strengthen our school community.

All volunteers must be approved through the Beaverton School District's volunteer management system, Raptor Technologies, before participating in school activities.

To get started, complete and submit a volunteer application through Raptor.

Action required: This is not an automatic renewal process. You must submit a new application to keep your volunteer status active.
If you do not reapply, your volunteer approval will be deactivated.

STEP 1

Review Mandatory Volunteer Training

The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. Before submitting a volunteer application, all prospective volunteers must review the Beaverton School District's mandatory volunteer training materials.

Please review the mandatory volunteer training before completing your volunteer application.

This training helps ensure that all volunteers understand district policies, expectations, and best practices for creating a safe and supportive environment for students.

STEP 2

Complete Your Volunteer Application.

After reviewing the mandatory volunteer training materials, the next step is to complete the Beaverton School District volunteer application. All volunteers must be approved through the district's volunteer management system before participating in school activities or events.

The application process includes a background check and district approval.

Please note: Volunteer applications may take up to 10 business days to process. We encourage you to apply well in advance of any volunteer opportunities you would like to participate.

Whether you're helping with staff appreciation events, supporting school programs, assisting with student activities, serving on a CPTO committee, or helping organize fundraising and community-building events, there's an opportunity to match your interests and availability.
